PERSONAL MISSION

My goal is to create trust and value based, people-centred organisational culture and operation that support the vision and mission of the organisations, where innovation, teamwork, integrity and people development are core values (not just a phrase). Where people can create value in their daily lives and feel and know how they contribute to the success of their organisation. I support executives, business leaders and managers in how they can create such a culture in their own organisations and teams through personal example, with determination but empathy. I do this with strategy and passion.

I am passionate about my job: supporting leaders and organisations to achieve their goals. I have a high appetite for learning, I am a quick learner, and I am constantly learning and improving myself. I love to try new methodologies and techniques. If I haven't come across something before, I dive in. I am really in my element when it comes to creating a strategy to achieve a goal. I am a dynamic person with high energy, an entrepreneurial spirit and a very positive attitude. I am a "how yes" person, I work with solution focus.
