Stop. Recharge. Find Your Resources and Look Forward.

Looking back at the reflections of the past days, one thing becomes very clear: leadership, organizational functioning, and human functioning are not separate worlds.
Work cannot be separated from the human being – from values, energy, the nervous system. And organizations, just like the people working in them, are living organisms.

24 days of thoughts, questions, suggestions for organizational and leadership situations.
Today, on the 24th, and in the days that follow, it is time to allow ourselves to slow down and pause. recharge our energy bank.
Energy management is important throughout the whole year. It matters that we do more of the things and spend time with the people who give us energy. This is how our system finds and maintains balance.
This, too, can be planned and shaped for the future, but we have to know who and what we can lean on. Who and what are already here as resources for us to build on?
Today, I invite you to create a personal inventory of your resurces and look ahead to the coming year, focusing on energy management.
❓ Who or what – which activities or situations – truly gave me energy this year?
❓ Who or what drained a lot of energy from me, and what did that teach me?
❓ Who or what would I like less of in the coming year?
❓ What do I definitely want to preserve in myself next year?
❓ What would I like more of next year?
❓ What do I need to do to make this happen?
Let the coming days be about recharging, energy-giving moments, people, rest, and connection. Work can wait. Organizations can wait.
Now comes what is often the hardest: letting go of control, allowing silence, and simply being for a while.
Thank you if you joined me even for a single day in this Advent series.
I wish you calm, slowing down, and true presence during the holidays, and a new year where not only results matter – but you do too.
Thank you to all my clients, friends, and those who are both, for the many shared experiences, collaborations, learning moments, inspiration, and conversations.
Wishing everyone peaceful, calm, and joyful holidays! 🎄💫🌟
