My goal is to support leaders and organizations in creating a clear direction and a values-based, people-centered culture, where collaboration and shared responsibility ensure the success of both people and the business.

I have over 20 years of professional experience in multinational and multicultural environments. As an HR leader, I was responsible for organizations ranging from 300 to 2,500 employees. I directly managed mixed teams of 2–40 people (including both specialists and leaders) and partnered with CEOs and executive teams in shaping business and HR strategy.

Currently, I work as a strategic leadership and organizational design and development consultant, where I combine design leadership, solution-focused thinking, design thinking, and agile methodologies to support organizations. My goal is to unleash the energy of future focus, creativity, and co-creation, and to turn these into tangible results.

Individual leadership support – executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development

I work with leaders in individual coaching and mentoring processes on their personal challenges and goals, helping them gain clarity on their role, strengthen their leadership skills, and lead their teams with greater confidence. 

Leadership culture, development of leadership team collaboration, team coaching

I support leadership teams in establishing shared ways of working, strengthening collaboration and trust, guided by a design leadership approach. In this context, design leadership means generating an environment that sparks co-creation, encourages creativity and dialogue, and enables the team to operate as a unified and effective leadership body.

Design and facilitation of workshops and trainings

I design and facilitate solution-focused, co-creation-based workshops and trainings aimed at clarifying strategic directions, creating alignment at leadership and team levels, and building the commitment needed for action.
