Leadership culture, development of leadership team collaboration, team coaching
Building leadership culture – developing and strengthening a shared leadership vision, mindset, and set of values that provide direction for leadership practices, and create a framework for decision-making and collaboration. The aim of the process is for leaders to jointly establish norms and operating principles that authentically represent the organization's values, strengthen trust, and contribute to the sustainable growth of organizational performance.
Strengthening leadership team cohesion
Using Patrick Lencioni's model, we work together so the team can:
▪️build trust
▪️practice constructive conflict
▪️increase commitment
▪️take greater accountability
▪️and ultimately focus more strongly on delivering results.
Designing the collaboration framework and operating model of the leadership team – in a co-creative process, the team defines how decisions are made, the forums and cadence of communication, and how responsibilities and information are shared. The goal is for the leadership team to work in a coordinated way, guided by shared operating principles, with greater efficiency and trust.
Team coaching – supporting the team's collective development with a focus on strengthening trust and collaboration, improving communication, and handling conflicts constructively. The process helps team members better understand each other, define shared goals, and work together more effectively.
Methodology
The process is built on a solution-focused, design leadership, and systemic approach. Throughout the collaboration, we start from the team's real-life dynamics and work in an interactive, exploratory process to identify and strengthen development directions.
The development can be supported by two validated diagnostic and feedback tools:
-
Profiles International – ProfileXT (PXT)
Measures the team members' thinking style, decision-making approach, motivations, and behavioral patterns. The team profile helps understand how members complement each other, where more conscious collaboration is needed, and how individual and collective strengths can be leveraged more effectively. -
Emotional Culture Model (ECM) assessment
Examines the team's emotional culture and the emotions that characterize its daily functioning. It supports the development of emotional intelligence, strengthens trust and psychological safety, and helps create an emotionally healthy, performance-supportive climate.
The work is carried out through structured coaching conversations, targeted reflection exercises, and facilitated team workshops.
